We are currently looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our team!
This energetic customer focused individual will be responsible for developing and managing all client relationships. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by regularly meeting with customers and performing site audits, in addition to providing our customers with options for additional services. Position includes a territory consisting of the Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and Southern Milwaukee counties.
This individual will manage and direct the daily activities of 2-3 managers that are responsible for executing a high level of service at our customer sites on a daily basis. Individuals with exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills will flourish in this customer facing position. Experience in a service industry is a plus!
The schedule for this full-time position will be, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, with some flexibility required. We offer a competitive salary of $70k-$80k (includes salary bonus/commissions), optional company provided vehicle with fuel card and maintenance program, and a generous benefits package. $2500 hiring bonus!
Job Requirements
1. College degree preferred.
2. Minimum three years of management and customer service experience.
3. Superior oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to understand and interpret profit and loss statements.
5. Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
6. Strategic and tactical thinker.
7. Strong problem solving skills.
8. Proficient in word, excel and basic computer skills.
9. Valid drivers license, insurable and availability of a car.
10. Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
