Fine Print

1. Minimum three years' experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
2. Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field.
3. High school diploma or GED.
4. Superior oral and written communication skills.
5. Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
8. Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car.
9. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Competitive starting salary of $44,000-$48,000 for this Monday-Friday position!
