MAGNOLIA FAMILY DENTISTRY is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Oklahoma, OK

Our dental office is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to complete our team! We are a small team so this position is about all things front office and supporting the clinical team so they can focus on patient care.

The ideal candidate is:

Strong customer service skills and prior experience in dental administration or dental front office is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange information and resources in a way that is meaningful to patients.
  • Present treatment plans to patients and make payment arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
  • Maintain dentist and hygiene schedule.
  • Communicate with patients, referring offices and vendors via telephone, text message, email, social media, and mail.
  • Knowledge of insurance benefits and how to help patients maximize benefits.
  • Utilization of scripts to present office policies and communicate with patients.
  • Work with dentist and team to develop systems for greater efficiency and better patient care.
  • Desire and ability to learn and improve.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
