As a key player in our dynamic team, you'll lead the charge in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, retail, quick service restaurants, and mixed-use developments. Your expertise will be pivotal in steering projects from initial feasibility through construction completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of land development projects, ensuring they adhere to deadlines, budgets, and engineering standards.
• Conduct site analysis to guide successful project design, considering topography, environmental factors, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed site designs, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and infrastructure layouts using cutting-edge software like AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate seamlessly with architects, utility companies, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Supervise project execution, conducting site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona is essential.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil project management with a strong focus on land development projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, SWMM, and related design software.
• In-depth knowledge of grading, drainage design, stormwater management practices, and erosion/sediment control.
• Comprehensive understanding of land development regulations and permitting processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects.
• Additional certifications (CFM, LEED, etc.) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
