As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of skills, from graphic design and short-form video content creation to SEM/SEO and crafting engaging inbound marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with various teams to execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience, align with industry trends, and deliver measurable results.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Location: Buckhannon, WV (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design/AV Skills:
  • SVG Animations and Website Display Ads.
  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Short-form video content creation for Social Media channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit.
• SEM/SEO:
  • Knowledge of best practices for SEO and PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
  • Experience crafting or carrying out SEM campaigns, including content calendars and demographic identification strategies.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness (with the help of Web Administrator and Director of Technology)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Open Web Analytics, and other data visualization tools
• Inbound Marketing:
  • Experience crafting newsletters and other email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Google Analytics GA4)
  • Blog Content creation
    • Attention to detail.
    • Creative writing.
    • Knowledge of Hemp/Alt Industry preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including the ability to create SVG animations and captivating display ads.
• Short-form video content creation skills for various social media platforms
• Knowledge of best practices for SEO and PPC, and experience with SEM campaigns.
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, and other data visualization tools.
• Experience crafting engaging email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Creative writing skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred knowledge of the Hemp/Alternative Industry.
