As a Cashier, you will directly impact the guest experience through providing a warm and welcoming environment, as well as ensuring a positive and seamless ordering experience. As the first impression of the Kitchen with our guests, you will be a knowledgeable guide of our diverse menu, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. We’re ideally looking for someone with 1 years experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment (but we are willing to train), and some of your responsibilities will include…
- Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitating all guest requests and needs, and resolving any guest concerns or issues.
- Processing payments, including cash, credit, and contactless payment methods accurately while following company rules on money handling.
- Being ready and willing to help with other job-related duties and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Money Handler: you are good at basic math and money-processing tasks, and make sure that everything is accurate.
- Great with People: you are warm & welcoming with a talent for making connections with others that's hard to ignore.
- Positive & Helpful Mindset: you have an upbeat attitude and a strong willingness to assist others in order to exceed expectations.
