WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION…
As a food server, you will directly impact the guest experience through providing a warm and welcoming environment, as well as ensuring a positive and seamless food delivery. As the first impression of the Kitchen with our guests, you will be a knowledgeable guide of our diverse menu, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for serving food and providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also be an avid MadTree Brewing Company ambassador who lives out our behaviors of…Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.
We’re ideally looking for someone with 1 years experience as a server, food runner, or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment (but we are willing to train), and some of your responsibilities will include…
  • Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.
  • Serving as a menu guide, offering suggestions and answering questions.
  • Keeping all work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Delivering dine-in order(s) from kitchen to guest(s) location in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Being ready and willing to help with other job-related duties and kitchen tasks as needed.
