Experienced Bartender Needed for Vibrant Italian Restaurant

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at bar.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service and recommendations.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service.
- Participate in creating new and innovative cocktail recipes.

Requirement:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a bartender with strong understanding of mixology.
- At least 1 year of food service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong team player able to work well within a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of Italian wines and spirits a plus.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sundays and Tuesdays are a must.
- Certification in safe alcohol service is preferred.
