Madison-Plains Local School District is Hiring a School Psychologist Near Dayton, OH

Posting: School Psychologist for the 2024 – 2025 school year
 
Description: The Madison-Plains Local School District is seeking a school psychologist who is organized, efficient, and self-motivated. The School Psychologist is responsible for the development and improvement of psychological services and programs. The School Psychologist will provide direct services to students and consultative services to counselors, principals, teachers, parents, and other members of the staff who are directly or indirectly involved in the various psychological services. Located in Madison County, Ohio, Madison-Plains Local School District is located approximately 40 miles southwest of Columbus, Ohio, a short drive off of Interstate 71. 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ohio Department of Education License in School Psychology
  • Current documentation of clear criminal history via FBI/BCI background checks
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as demonstrated experience working with children
  • Training and/or experience in Response to Intervention (RTI)(MTSS) Strategies
  • Experience in designing and deploying interventions for students
