Compensation: $50,000 – $100,000 plus uncapped commission (commensurate with experience)A day in the life may include:Recruit for executive level positions within the finance market
  • Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate applicants and source candidates to set up phone screens to assess skills for client roles.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position, such as products, business strategy, performance objectives and expectations
  • Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge, and compensation
  • Use multiple search engines to find qualified candidates
  • Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates
  • Engage candidates primarily through phone outreach to establish relationships and build your network
What you’ll need:
  • Have 2-5 years of recruiting or sales experience
  • Bachelors degree (MUST)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Consistently performing outbound activity to source clients
  • Provide a positive and welcoming candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
