Duties
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or services
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and following up on leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Preferably fluent in Spanish as well as English to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Strong cold calling skills and the ability to confidently approach potential clients
- Proficient in public speaking, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies for achieving targets
