We are currently seeking a Manager and/or Sales Trainee! Our trainees make anywhere between $55,000/yr - $100,000/yr with our uncapped bonus & commission plan! As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a canvass management role or outside sales role in the near future! Our success relies on our ‘promote-from-within’ culture that is filled with home-grown leaders that have completed the Manager Trainee program. Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to interview for an opportunity to advance into a manager role in any of our 17 Locations.

• Take part in training that provides you with in depth knowledge of what it takes to be a successful manager
• Schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses by doing so
