Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing our team externally with customers and internally by working with department support personnel
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customers’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
  • Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities
  • Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming needs.
  • As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
  • Develop a thorough understand of chassis specifications to be the customers resource for questions. 
  • Collaborating with Customers to project their Chassis needs and timing
  • Lead Generation / Seeking out new customer opportunities
  • Communicate important OEM updates to our customers 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Excel, etc.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Growth oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • College Degree or work experience equivalent 
  • Fleet Industry knowledge
  • Additional Training or certifications a plus
