Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets customers and other visitors, ascertains the nature of their business, and refers them to the appropriate person
- Signs in all visitors completes visitor badge as directed
- Answers incoming telephone calls for all Mack North facilities, provides information to callers, and routes calls to appropriate personnel
- Sorts inter-office and outside mail deliveries
- Provides administrative assistance to Human Resources and to other departments as needed
- Performs data entry into Human Resource Software, including all training, seminars, courses, etc
- Assists and reviews current time and attendance processes and reports
- Utilizes various software to provide reports and graphs
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, and is adaptable to changing business needs
- Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner
- Other duties as assigned
