Our team seeks a skilled Direct Support Professional to join us in assisting individuals with disabilities in their journey toward learning, growth, and independence.

As a Direct Support Professional, your responsibilities will include demonstrating compassion towards our residents, ensuring their safety, and creating a nurturing environment. You will play a crucial role in promoting independence and personal choice by guiding individuals in acquiring essential skills, assisting with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning, organizing outings, accompanying them to appointments, and providing personal care and hygienic routines.

- Full-time, 2nd Shift in Residential, ranging from 30-40 hours per week.
