We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Raleigh. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.

Duties:
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions
- Provide product recommendations and upsell additional products or services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and order details
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
