We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve any outstanding issues
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
