Responsible for handling the fundamental office duties including but not limited to payroll, HR, accounts payable/receivable, account billing, financial reports, credit card reconciliation, collection of accounts, and more.
Must be detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills. Experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks are a plus. Looking for someone who is a self-starter, a team player, can work well under pressure, has a great attitude, and goes the extra mile to get the job done.
Must have 2 years experience with admin. experience.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and related software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks. The prime candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and highly analytical, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in billing, human resource systems, and bookkeeping principles are also necessary.
