Lyneer Staffing Solutions seeks a high-energy, outgoing, On-Site Recruiter . In this role, you will work with management team to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates.

This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.

The Day-to-Day :

• Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events / social media sites, and referrals from other employees.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Accurately describe job role requirements to identify appropriate candidates
• Schedule interviews & conduct in-depth orientations with new hires
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection.
• Assist with processing payroll.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role
• Recruiting / Staffing experience preferred
• Bilingual Highly Preferred Fluency in Spanish
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maturity to work well independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills

Pay Rate / Shifts :

• $40,000 / per yr
• Monday to Friday
• 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
