Our client, a American multinational shipping and receiving company, is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join their team in Rock Hill, SC.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee and contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.

As the Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your responsibilities will include planning, overseeing, and actively participating in warehouse operations and activities.

The Day-to-Day :

• Operating a diverse range of warehouse equipment and vehicles with precision and safety.
• Providing comprehensive training, work direction, and coordinating schedules and tasks for assigned personnel.
• Assisting in the training of staff in computer operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintaining meticulous records, files, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and supplies.
• Ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and support operational demands.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively train and coordinate team members.

Pay Rate / Shifts :

• $200 per day
• Monday to Saturday
