Lyneer Staffing Solutions is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Union, NJ

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Union City, NJ. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Organize and provide documents, reports, and information
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Taking phone messages from clients

Experience:

  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Must know computers to use basic programs.
  • Be responsible with your schedule
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay and Shift:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30AM - 5:00PM
  • $16.00 - $19.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Union City, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
