Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering project manager for MEP design teams focused on data center design projects for both New/Greenfield sites as well as expansion/retrofit of existing facilities.
• Provide technical requirements of HVAC systems to our corresponding plumbing, electrical and fire protection design teams.
• Develop and advance existing office design standards specific to the Data Center and Mission Critical marketplaces with minimal supervision.
• Work to develop cross-discipline technical solutions

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience facility design and construction environments.
• Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of data center HVAC, standby generation and associated fuel oil systems.
• Experience with Revit
• Professional Engineering (PE) license, preferred.
• 15 years of work experience in large-scale facilities and their electrical/mechanical infrastructure.
