The successful candidate will oversee and manage recruiting, hiring, termination, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, policy development and enforcement as well as regulatory compliance.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related field.
• Minimum of (5) years of management level experience administering human resources, personnel, organizational development and benefit programs.
• Prefer human resources and/or benefit certification, such as SHRM.
• Prefer experience in managing union environments and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and negotiations.
• Experience in public transportation helpful.
• Required to maintain a valid PA driver's license.
