Job Summary:
LuxUrban Hotels is young and hungry hotel management company looking to build out their equally hungry sales team. We are hiring for highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales Managers, and Reservations Managers to join our team. The Sales Team will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Sales Team Roles:
Director of Sales and Marketing (150k - 170K)
Sales Managers (ie Business Transient, Corporate Groups) (90k - 125k)
Reservations Manager (67k - 90k)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or marketing
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
