Job Summary:
The Account Manager in the customer success team is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with current customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes and maximizing their potential with the company's products or services. This individual will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pursuing potential sales within their current customer base. The Account Manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs and priorities, and provide strategic guidance to drive engagement and retention. Experience in Digital Dentistry preferred.
