LuxCreo is Hiring an Account Manager in Customer Success Team Near Chicago, IL

Job Summary:

The Account Manager in the customer success team is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with current customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes and maximizing their potential with the company's products or services. This individual will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pursuing potential sales within their current customer base. The Account Manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs and priorities, and provide strategic guidance to drive engagement and retention. Experience in Digital Dentistry preferred.

The Account Manager in the customer success team plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This position requires a strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with the company's products or services.
  • Understand the customers' needs, usage patterns, and business goals to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Proactively pursue potential sales opportunities within the current customer base, presenting tailored solutions and proposals to address their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans for each customer, focusing on driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to customers, showcasing the value they are receiving and identifying areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to customers, helping them to maximize the value of the company's products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to address customer concerns and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of customer success best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to travel for customer meetings, as needed.
