LUMA is seeking service-oriented Asst. Front Office Manager to join their team!

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the Front Office department. Front Office operations include the front desk, bell, concierge and night audit. Responsible for the management of front office associates and ensuring standard operating procedures are maintained. Provides high quality guest service while generating maximum revenue for the department.

MUST have a flexible schedule! AM/PM shifts, weekday and weekend shifts, and holidays are required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible schedule. Open availability.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
