- Create at least three (3) pieces of original textual/graphic content for weekly social media distribution.
- Upload additional content as directed, including videos created by PAO staff and contractor Videographer (see below), and content from approved sources.
- Provide audio transcription service up to twice a month to support Government podcast.
- Monitor, manage, and engage with visitors/followers/subscribers daily during work hours in accordance with guidance and policies provided by Government.
- Provide social media analytics and media monitoring on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis commencing with the beginning of the Contract Year.
- High school education required
- Bachelor degree preferred
