LSI Staffing Pasadena Is HIRING a Logistics Customer service rep at our client in Baytown TX.

TEMP TO HIRE- WEEKLY PAY- DAY SHIFT-

Must have 3 PL experience working in a fast-paced environment, lots of typing entering orders and responding to emails in a timely manner. Attention to detail/ multitasker- PLASTICS EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS - MUST HAVE SAP

SUMMARY

Handles each customer with respect, and ensures satisfaction in their business dealings.

Communicates customer needs to all other departments, as necessary, and completes all paperwork accurately and completely.

Essential duties and responsibilities are described below. Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Essential duties and responsibilities)

1. Handles all assigned customers with respect and ensures satisfaction in their business dealings.

2. Maintains accurate inventory for all assigned customers. with approval from Lead CSR.

4. Inputs and creates all customer Receivers, Shipments (SWO and BOLs), Assessorials (AWO) and Title Transfers (T/T).

5. Communicates problems or situations with customers to Lead CSR and/or Sales & System manager.

6. Ensure that the customer order via email instructions will be complete on or before the advised cut-off date.

7. Monitor the inventory levels of each customer to assure that balances are not zero’d out without permission from Accounting.

8. Be the main communicator and facilitator between customer and company in the creation and processing of their every order.

9. Works effectively as a team within the Customer Service Department to spread the workload and improve the department.

10. Handles sample shipments as needed, via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

11. Sets up Inbounds for Shipping. Prepares the shipping instructions accurately, and in a timely manner.

12. Checks all orders for customers before they are being shipped.

13. Maintains the Confidentiality of company information.

OTHER DUTIES

· Cross trains for other positions when they are absent.

· Maintains, on an assigned computer, the pictures file for shipments to post weekly.

· Satisfactorily completes all other duties as may be reasonably assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED is required, or equivalent experience in the field.

Previous work experience is required.

Basic computer skills, exceptional typing skills, 10 key adding skills, MS Excel required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speaking knowledge of Spanish helpful.

Ability to handle several projects at once, exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
