LRK is excited to be adding a Marketing Director to our team. We are seeking a creative, dependable, self-directed, and outgoing leader to join the firm in our Dallas office.
This position will be responsible for leading the marketing team and creative marketing activities to include proposal creation, presentation design, marketing collateral, website management, email communications, public relations, advertising, social media, and other activities to market the firm’s work and culture, while maintaining a strong corporate identity and brand. This position will work very closely with the Business Development Lead to ensure our marketing and business development activities for eight offices are aligned and strategic.
The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of proven experience in the Marketing field with at least 5 years leading a successful marketing department, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or other professional service industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferred.
