Job Overview:

The Compensation Analyst will be a trusted business partner providing analytical solutions and will assist in providing consultative compensation advice to HC partners and the Business. As a member of the team, you will support the compensation function in the design, development, and on-going analysis and management of company-wide compensation programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to analyze various compensation elements.

* Conduct job evaluations and benchmark positions to the market utilizing MarketPay and salary survey data.

* Participate in the administration of the annual merit and bonus cycles from end-to-end including design, testing, communication, training and support of partners.

* Assist with the analysis of the annual benchmark process to ensure LPL maintains competitive pay practices; maintain job-based ranges and participate in annual job-based range review cycle.

* Manage the end-to-end salary survey cycle; collect, submit, and analyze salary survey data.

* Provide guidance to Human Capital partners and Business Leaders on competitive pay practices; job evaluations, pay equity reviews, and responding to general compensation inquiries.

* Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of compensation-related data.

* Model compensation data; develop reports and key metrics to support our pay for performance culture.

* Help develop effective and clear communications regarding compensation programs and processes.

* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or a combination of work experience in HR compensation

* 3 years of work experience in HR compensation

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) as well as Excel, including the ability to create models, formulas, macros, etc.

Core Competencies:

* Proven data analytical skills

* Ability to work efficiently as a team

* Strong attention to detail

* Sensitivity in working with confidential information

* Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way

Preferences:

* Workday and MarketPay experience is a plus

* Ability to conduct job evaluations and benchmarking

Pay Range:

$61,440-$92,160/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
