HR Analyst - Compensation & Audits
Hours: 32 to 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday (1/2 day on Fridays) with flexible start time. The duration of this temporary position is 3 months with benefits.
Pay Rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Overview:
Community Research Foundation is an $80 million, non-profit organization that continues to grow as a leader in providing mental and behavioral health services throughout San Diego County. Located at our Central Office in the Mission Bay Park area, our HR team’s functions include recruiting/onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, policy education, leave management, and HRIS management and metrics. We are very team focused.
The HR Analyst – Compensation & Audits partners with all levels of management throughout CRF offering advice and training on employee remuneration and job analysis. This is a fantastic career advancement opportunity if you enjoy being meticulous with data sets, building system solutions, have outstanding business acumen, and have a sound understanding of compensation analysis, and like variety in your workday! This position reports directly to the Senior HR Business Analyst – Supervisor. Hybrid remote work opportunity is available.
