COMMUNITY RESEARCH FOUNDATION is Hiring a Remote HR Analyst - Compensation & Audits (5501)

HR Analyst - Compensation & Audits

Hours: 32 to 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday (1/2 day on Fridays) with flexible start time. The duration of this temporary position is 3 months with benefits.

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Overview:

Community Research Foundation is an $80 million, non-profit organization that continues to grow as a leader in providing mental and behavioral health services throughout San Diego County. Located at our Central Office in the Mission Bay Park area, our HR team’s functions include recruiting/onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, policy education, leave management, and HRIS management and metrics. We are very team focused.

The HR Analyst – Compensation & Audits partners with all levels of management throughout CRF offering advice and training on employee remuneration and job analysis. This position reports directly to the Senior HR Business Analyst – Supervisor. Hybrid remote work opportunity is available.

Typical Duties:

  • Act as liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting departments.
  • Lead in the daily workflow process of electronic workforce employment transactions in HRMS and develop tools to promote efficient approval systems.
  • Analyze and implement changes to the company's remuneration policies and programs.
  • Review a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive.
  • Prepare statistical reports and perform both scheduled and ad hoc analyses; interpret and summarize data in a meaningful format to management.
  • Manage salary and job structure creation and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain catalog of standardized job description templates for use by management and analyze positions to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements.
  • Conduct routine and special internal audits for data integrity testing and compliance.
  • Participate in project management for Open Enrollment, install and coordinate new vendor files, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. Experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • At least one (1) year as a Compensation Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, Budget Analyst, HR Specialist, or other related experience required.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills required.
  • Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.
  • Advanced application in MS Excel. Experience with Excel pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros preferred.
  • Strong ability to pick up remuneration policies and workflow systems quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborative project management skills that demonstrate critical thinking, team building, and active listening.
  • Ability to pass criminal/background clearance
