In this role, you’ll look to assist with daily bank reconciliations; payment processing, journal entries, account analysis, and month-end close tasks. You will also work closely with the Controller on activities supporting accurate cash flow projections. In this role you will… Support accounting functions of LovelyGroup; including the following: Daily bank reconciliations for all companies Prepare journal entries for banking related transactions Reconcile cash deposits Support daily/weekly cash flow calculations and forecasting Vendor payment processing Investment tracking and fees analysis Month-end tasks, including reconciliation of major accounts and coordinating with the accounting team to make necessary journal entries Work with Controller on financial forecasts that impact cash flow Other duties as assigned Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska (Not eligible to be remote) Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days work from home Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of accounting/financial or business related analysis experience Experience in reconciling banking accounts Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements Advanced MS Excel skills, including xlookup, pivot tables, and powerquery Adept at working with various data sets, data extraction Previous experience working in an ERP (i.e. SAP) and utilizing their reporting features Keen eye for process and a curiosity to understand how things fit together Nice to have: Consumer and or Retail ecommerce industry background preferred Working knowledge of our ERP, NetSuite Experience in working with outsourced payment providers LovelyGroup is pleased to offer these great perks: Quick access to exceptional health, dental and vision coverage.
