LOVE PIZZA is looking for an experienced Sous Chef! The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen. Prior experience working with a coal-fired oven or a wood-fired pizza oven is a plus, but is not required. Thorough training is an ever-present company value, and we are always willing to train the right person for this position.
About Us: We are a scratch kitchen pizzeria located in Golden Valley, Minnesota that specializes in both New Haven coal-fired pizza and South Boston bar-style pizzas. We take what we do seriously and we have a lot of fun while doing it! (Our secret recipe: equal parts Culture and Craft.) This is a culinary-minded, chef-driven, hospitality-first pizza experience unlike any other.
We use the very best quality ingredients we can source and have state-of-the-art kitchen equipment & supplies with which to cook. We also pride ourselves with making sure our employees are well compensated at above-market wages.
Salary for this position starts at $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus employee tip share.
