Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink/food orders from customers and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized server/bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender.
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service.
- Food Handlers Certification
- TABC Certification
