Love Life Cafe is one of the premiere plant-based restaurants in South Florida, since 2015. At Love Life Cafe, we believe that a conscious business is a business that contributes to making a positive impact in the community, and consequently the world. This starts with our internal community of inspired individuals that make up the Love Life team.
We are a fast-paced restaurant that brings clean and delicious plant-based food, made with the freshest ingredients and lots of love, to South Florida. Currently expanding with 2 locations in California, and planing to open several more in 2022, with lots of opportunity to grow with the company.
You: Must have previous restaurant experience, enjoy working in a busy environment, and most importantly have a positive attitude.

The front of house manager oversees all operations at a restaurant (except for the kitchen). This individual shapes a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service.
Job Duties
- Interview and hire for a restaurant’s bar and FOH staff. Ability to develop a specialized hiring process to meet a restaurant’s needs.
- Manage the training of the cashiers, runners, bartenders, baristas and bussers to meet the specific needs of the restaurant.
- Supervise Upkeep of Guest Areas by directing staff to attend to messes or accidents as well as personally assisting in cleanup.
- Responsible for shift planning using the scheduling systems to assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand. Ability to direct staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns throughout a shift as needed.
