* Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina

* Answer the phone

* Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.

* "Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit

* Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras

* Sidework & Cleaning duties

* Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

* Regular and reliable attendance

* Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.

* Offer a Guest Obsessed farewell as they depart.

* Able to operate the POS system.

* Escort guests to their table, give them menus, and answer any questions.

* Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries.

* Able to take orders, enter the POS, accurately bag the orders, and handle an efficient guest transaction.

* Give guests accurate wait time estimates.

* Clean and maintain sparkling clean restrooms and lobbies.

* Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers/staff.
