Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front of house service team. As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for providing guests with outstanding service, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and accommodate their seating preferences
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
