```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic planning, market analysis, and building strong customer relationships. This is a leadership role that requires excellent sales skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of business development.
```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Oversee the implementation of CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively
```Requirements:```
- At least 2 years experience in Business Development in Skilled Nursing Facility as a Director
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
-Ability to develop and meet new prospects and referral sources
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
