Description:Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications:
Supervisory experience preferred.
Military Rotary Wing A/C maintenance experience. Skilled and experienced with analytical and critical thinking. Experienced in industrial production and/or modification lines
Desired Skills:
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite computer software packages
• Skilled and experienced with analytical and critical thinking
• Skilled and experienced in documenting and writing reports
• Ability to organize and effectively chair meetings with teams, leaders, and stake holders
• Experienced in industrial production and/or modification lines in aviation programs
• Ability to successfully lead operations and teams within an environment of required compliance to process, policy, and quality management systems (AS 9100, GFR surveys, etc.)
• SAP experience
• Practiced and proficient in the skill sets oriented around listening, problem solving, verbal communication, time management, and attention to detail
