Job Overview: As a Brand Manager at Local Favorite Restaurants, you are invited to join a dynamic team where you will lead our marketing efforts across various channels to enhance brand recognition and drive business growth. This position is ideal for someone looking for an active support role within a dynamic organization, offering significant room for advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management:
    1. Own and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, including content creation, copywriting, and scheduling using tools like Later.
    2. Handle paid social budget, campaign responses for different brands, and organize photoshoots with vendors for promotions.
    3. Oversee all digital projects, contests, and giveaways.
    4. Generate and analyze reports on marketing campaign performance.
  2. Digital Marketing Oversight:
    1. Design and manage all aspects of the digital marketing department including databases, email campaigns, and display ads.
    2. Coordinate with creative partners for the production of monthly digital and print advertisements.
    3. Liaise with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
  3. Content and Communication:
    1. Provide necessary content (photos, descriptions, pricing) for PR partners.
    2. Write and distribute marketing communications to restaurant locations.
    3. Schedule and manage marketing events across various locations.
    4. Coordinate with PR teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with public relations strategies.
  4. Brand and Design Management:
    1. Strategize and oversee all brand-related graphic design tasks including for events, catering, and promotional materials.
    2. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and maintain adherence to brand standards.
    3. Develop brand strategies, translate these into actionable plans, and integrate brand identity into all marketing materials.
    4. Tie up brand packages and make necessary menu edits to ensure all materials reflect current offerings and promotions.
  5. Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
    1. Monitor market trends, consumer markets, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
    2. Develop promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and profitability.
    3. Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies with the marketing team.
  6. Website and Online Management:
    1. Manage updates and optimize websites to improve traffic and engagement metrics.
    2. Oversee day-to-day website maintenance and administration.
    3. Help manage and update content on the on-demand portal.
  7. Local Store Marketing (LSM) and Field Marketing:
    1. Conduct field marketing for special projects and create canvassing lists for selected locations.
    2. Collaborate with the Community Relations Coordinator for end-of-month reporting and activities.
  8. Project and Relationship Management:
    1. Lead and coordinate overall marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
    2. Foster and maintain positive relationships with operations teams and external vendors, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
    3. Cultivate customer relationships through effective marketing strategies and ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  9. Professional Development and Reporting:
    1. Commit to professional growth within the dynamic environment of the organization, aiming for advancement.
    2. Regularly report on internal response rates, consumer reactions, and the overall success of marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Restaurant or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and online content.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, email marketing, and content management.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, persuasive messages for varied audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership.
  • Willingness to travel locally and flexibility in work hours as required by project demands.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the DFW metroplex area.
Physical & Other Requirements:
  • Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods during events or day-to-day activities.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.
  • Requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
Work Environment:
  • This role primarily operates in an office environment but may require occasional visits to event sites or other venues for promotional activities.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels such as computers, printers, and light traffic.
