What You Will Do As a Brand Manager at CWS, the primary responsibility is to shape and strengthen the brand identity and market presence of 105 properties and our parent brand. You will lead the creative direction and oversee the development of branding across all marketing channels, collaborating with diverse teams to craft comprehensive brand strategies and maintain a consistent, compelling brand message that deeply connects with our intended audience. Continuously monitor and ensure the consistent application of visual brand elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography, across all marketing material and properties within the portfolio. Collaborate with marketing team to refine and amplify brand messaging, ensuring it effectively communicates the unique value propositions to potential clients. Conduct regular analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark our branding efforts, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Provide creative direction for advertising and marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency in collaboration with design and content. Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops with marketing team to develop innovative campaign concepts that align with company’s objectives. Define and communicate compelling creative visions that resonates with the organization’s goals and targeted audience. Plan, execute and deliver high-quality creative projects on time and within budget requirements. As the Brand Manager you will own the visuals, copy, and multimedia elements to these campaigns to ensure they adhere to our brand guidelines and convey a cohesive brand message. Continuously monitor the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators to assess their effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments, optimizing campaigns for improved outcomes and alignment with brand objectives. Foster productive collaborations both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with agency partners, suppliers, and industry influencers. Cultivate and nurture relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and collaborators. Manage all external multimedia marketing projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging creative technologies, and design innovations to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Collaborate with various departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Three professional references Experience interacting effectively with team members at all levels of an organization.
