HR Media & Co. is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager for our client a non-denominational, multicultural church to join their team!
Position Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: On-Site
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Founded in 1996, this is a non-denominational, multicultural church with more than 30,000 members.
The organization is ranked among the largest and most influential churches in the U.S. The church operates as a non-profit organization with its main campus in Dallas, TX along with additional campuses in Frisco, TX, Fort Worth, TX, and Denver, CO.
The organization is headquartered in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Brand Manager will be based in the Dallas, TX office.
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance and provide marketing strategy and support to the ministries and the brand. The Assistant Brand Manager will assist the Brand Manager in managing every aspect of assigned marketing projects and track the status of projects and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, brand development, advertising, consumer package goods, market research, data analysis reporting, content development and planning.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research and analysis to gather consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence
· Assist in identifying opportunities for brand growth, product innovation, and market expansion based on research findings
· Partner with the Brand Manager in defining brand positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to differentiate our products or services in the market
· Help in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
· Support in monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
· Participate in the creative brainstorming process for all project and conference planning
· Manage each project’s content, planning, scheduling, and tracking and report status and support for assigned ministries, departments and conferences
· Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute brand initiatives and campaigns effectively.
· Assess and evaluate all marketing prerequisites, requirements, and essential tools to effectively develop a strategy from the ideation phase to project completion
· Meet consistently with assigned ministries/departments as needed for project implementation, consultation, and completion
· Working knowledge of project management systems to assist with project tracking and managing team project processes, status, workflow, and deadlines
· Participate in team, inter-departmental and corporate meetings as directed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
· Three years of Marketing Experience, including traditional and digital media marketing
· Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or services industry.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
· Knowledge with creative development, graphic production processes, social media, and digital creative
· Previous traditional marketing, digital marketing, and/or advertising experience
· Ability to support communications by identifying, sourcing, and collecting valuable content for a variety of media, including digital content, social media, public relations, and other internal and external modes of communication
· Ability to conduct internal interviews and write summaries, captions or descriptions to capture marketing and brand content as necessary
· Excellent oral and written communication skills including creative approaches to internal and external marketing and communication platforms
· Ability to use a computer for extended periods, including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and other various programs
· Ability to work extended hours on occasion, including some weekends and evenings
· Ability to prioritize work, multitask, set priorities, create schedules, and meet deadlines
· Must possess a professional demeanor
· Previous experience working for a nonprofit organization or church is a major plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
