The lloyd Customer Experience Associate, is a role within the lloyd products inc organization that is responsible for ensuring the highest- quality customer interactions through proactive updates and quick, thorough resolution of customer-related issues. The sole goal of the Customer Experience Associate is to delight customers, no matter the situation, by providing detailed and thorough follow-through, as you are the first and last impression of the company.
The ideal lloyd Customer Experience Associate is a quick thinker, who understands that the service experience is what separates a great company from an average one. Detailed and diligent, you’re a hard worker who enjoys being a customer advocate who is not afraid to go the extra mile with a “no task is too small” attitude.

Requirements
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of consecutive work-related experience in Customer Service or Marketing with strong knowledge and passion for customer service, food, and community. A 4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required. Prior working experience with Google Reviews, Yelp and Social Media are also a plus! Ability to work well under pressure, and comfortability speaking on the phone will help the candidate be successful in this role. The Customer Experience Associate will work amongst the Marketing department to represent lloyd at various community-related events as necessary.
Hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 9am until 5pm.
$16-$17 per hour based on experience
This role is primarily customer service, with a small portion of your time going towards marketing efforts & assisting the team using your creative input
