We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Senior Level Civil Engineering position for one of our North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, Kernersville). The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience and possess the professional and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on our firm and the clients we serve.

Pay: 95,000 – 125,000

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of municipal and private engineering projects including:
• Proposal preparation
• Reports and studies
• Design and construction documents
• Scheduling, coordination and budgeting
• Provide design of municipal and private engineering projects including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater design, site plans and minor roadway projects.
• Willing to balance performing design work and assisting in sales efforts.
• Project/task and client management.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work in a team setting collaboratively with a group of transportation and site/civil engineers.
• Ability to identify project issues and facilitate resolution.
• Able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and conditions.
• Coordinate with survey crews.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, required
• North Carolina PE, required.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
