The part-time Computer Science teacher provides instruction and direction to Grades 9-12 students to learn and practice programming to create and invent objects in a physical world. Applicants must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general periodicals and technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from parents, students, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of gradebook and assignment software, internet software, spreadsheet software, collaboration software, and word processing software, as well as any software appropriate to the content area.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A current MN state teaching license is preferred but not required.
