- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need
- Conduct peer support addiction & mental health group activities
- Assist clients in navigating and accessing various support systems and resources
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Offer mentoring and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Provide mental health counseling and addiction counseling services as needed
- Implement crisis management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
```Qualifications```
ADT, ACA licenses are added advantages.
- Experience in crisis intervention, mental health counseling, or addiction counseling
- Knowledge of systems and resources available for individuals in need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals facing challenges
