Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy and counseling services to clients with autism, chronic pain, special needs, and gender issues
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of rehabilitation therapy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, counseling)
- Relevant experience in providing therapy or counseling services to individuals with autism, chronic pain, special needs, or gender issues
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its application in therapy
- Familiarity with dance therapy or other creative therapeutic modalities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in clinical research or coding is desirable but not required
