Job Duties

• Overseeing and serving as a resource to the direct care staff
• Supporting the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Directing patient care when necessary and/or assigned
• Protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations
• Documenting resident care services by charting in patient and department records
• Promoting continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

What's Required to Work at Fairview?

• Valid RN License in the state of Pennsylvania 
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required 
• Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
• Problem solving & customer service skills
• Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care
