About the Role: At LVT, we are seeking a skilled Senior Security Engineer to strengthen our Information Security team. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing our security systems, playing a critical part in implementing and managing various security technologies and contributing to our Incident Response Team, implementing Zero Trust architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and optimize various security technologies, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), cloud access security brokers (CASB), email security, and network security solutions.
• Work closely with the Security Architecture team to align our security infrastructure with the Zero Trust model.
• Perform technical security assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, and FEDRAMP.
• Collaborate with different departments to integrate security practices into business processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on various security technologies and principles of zero-trust security.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, and strong networking skills.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, and FEDRAMP.
• GIAC certifications or equivalent are preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field(Or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
