Our skilled massaged therapists and sports recovery specialists are trained to identify the source of your pain or discomfort and lead you on the path to full mobility.

Job Description

Our dynamic massage & sports recovery clinic is looking for a detail oriented, super friendly and superb communicator to help with a variety of office duties. You are a huge part of the client experience, attending to LMSR clients during their check in and check out; Responding to inquiries on the phone, by email and in-person; Supplying information regarding Littleton Massage & Sports Recovery and our offerings to the general public and clients. Schedule appointments for clients. Be creative in problem solving and customer relations to create harmonious and fun culture for staff and clients. You are a big part of monthly outcomes. This position requires a team player with an outgoing, friendly and helpful disposition.

Light cleaning of office (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, etc) and light laundry is also required, so someone who enjoys keeping things tidy and organized is preferred. In this position, you will get one FREE 60-Minute massage or sports recovery session per month, with free add-ons like cupping and hot stones.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • provide information to callers
  • hospitably greet anyone entering our office
  • deal with queries from the public and clients
  • ensure knowledge of staff shifts
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments and re-book clientele
  • maintain log of sales, retention, etc
  • sales of memberships, gift cards and packages
  • monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory
  • tidy, clean and maintain the reception area and office, including single bathroom
  • be proactive in approaches to retention and client satisfaction
  • maintain professional and appropriate appearance
  • report office activities and needs to the Office Manager and/or Owner

Education and Experience

  • high school diploma required
  • acquired knowledge and skills in administrative and clerical procedures
  • computer experience and ability to learn our CRM program quickly
  • experience in customer service principles and practices
  • physical ability to carry up to 20 lbs and bend down/reach for cleaning
  • Candidates with health, wellness or spa facility experience will be prioritized, especially anyone with experience using MINDBODY Online or Wellness Living

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
